The Experience

Let’s meet

Once you’re booked, we’ll have a relaxed welcome call. Tell me about the wedding, tell me about you, tell me about your cat if you want.  This is where I start getting to know the person I’ll actually be looking after.

Let’s get your skin ready

You’ll get your skin-prep support so we can give your makeup the best possible canvas — without suddenly deciding you need a 14-step skincare routine and a new face.

Your preview

This isn’t an exam and you don’t need to know makeup. We’ll work out what feels like you, what doesn’t, and make changes until we’re happy.

The bit between

You don’t disappear into a booking system until your wedding. You’ll hear from me, we’ll finalise timings and details, and you’ll know exactly what’s happening.

Your preview starts before we even meet

Before you sit in my chair, I want to get to know you.

I’ll send you a questionnaire about your wedding, your style, what you normally wear, what you love (and definitely don’t), your inspiration and how you want to feel.

Red lip every day? Winged liner is basically part of your face? Barely wear makeup? Festival wedding or beautifully minimal? I want to know.

Send me your inspiration and photos of yourself too.

Then I do my homework.

I’ll start designing a look I think will suit you, your personality and the feel of your wedding, so when we meet we already have somewhere to begin.

Then we play

I allow up to 2 hours for makeup and 4 hours for hair & makeup, giving us time to talk, try things and make changes.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want. You don’t even need to know makeup.

That’s my job.

Your wedding morning

I arrive. You sit down. And for a little while, you don’t have to organise a bloody thing.
